GlobeSync Travel Management is a Remote Travel Operations Management Agency specializing in travel logistics coordination for individuals, companies, schools, and professionals worldwide.
We manage all travel-related arrangements including flight, hotel, transport, visa, insurance, event, and concierge services on behalf of our clients.

We do not sell travel products but coordinate and manage bookings directly with verified third-party vendors.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Corporate & business travel management

• Educational & group travel coordination

• Professional & VIP travel concierge

• Travel administrative support (visas, insurance, reporting)

• Event and meeting logistics coordination

Each service is subject to an individual Travel Coordination Agreement outlining project details, service scope, and payment phases.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate and complete travel information.

2. Review and approve itineraries and quotations promptly.

3. Pay all vendor costs directly to airlines, hotels, or tour operators.

4. Pay GlobeSync service fees according to the agreed schedule.

5. Communicate any changes or special requirements in writing.

6. Ensure compliance with all visa, vaccination, and travel regulations.

4. Payment Policy

Our payment model is divided into two secure phases:

• Clients receive vendor contact details and final confirmations only after full payment of service fees.

• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise.

• All prices are quoted in euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Phase 1 deposits are non-refundable once itinerary planning begins.

• Phase 2 payments may be partially refundable (up to 50%) if cancellation occurs before vendor confirmations are issued.

• GlobeSync is not responsible for refunds from third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, or tours).

• Any rebooking or rescheduling will incur an additional coordination fee.

6. Service Limitations

• GlobeSync Travel Management acts solely as a coordinator, not a travel agent or reseller.

• We do not issue tickets, hotel vouchers, or insurance directly.

• All travel products are purchased directly from third-party providers.

• Our role is to manage, coordinate, and facilitate these processes on your behalf.

7. Vendor Relationships

We maintain partnerships and affiliations with reputable travel platforms such as Expedia, Booking.com, Viator, SafetyWing, and VisitorsCoverage.
When booking through our affiliate links, you may be redirected to these providers.
Each provider’s terms, privacy policies, and refund rules apply separately.

GlobeSync is not liable for the acts, omissions, or performance of third-party vendors.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Sensitive travel documents (such as passports, visa forms, or insurance papers) are stored securely and shared only for coordination purposes.
We comply with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, itineraries, proposals, and templates created by GlobeSync Travel Management are the intellectual property of the company.
Unauthorised copying, distribution, or use of our materials without full payment or permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

GlobeSync Travel Management shall not be liable for:

• Cancellations, delays, or changes by third-party vendors

• Losses due to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or unforeseen events

• Acts of negligence or non-performance by airlines, hotels, or tour operators

• Personal injury, property damage, or financial loss during travel

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid to GlobeSync by the Client.

11. Travel Risk Disclaimer

Travel inherently involves potential risks, including but not limited to:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections

• Illness, accidents, or natural events

• Political unrest or unforeseen travel restrictions

• Lost luggage or theft

By engaging GlobeSync Travel Management, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You travel at your own risk.

• We act only as a coordinator and facilitator, not a carrier, agent, or guarantor.

• You are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance coverage.

• You will comply with health, visa, and safety regulations applicable to your destinations.

GlobeSync will always strive to coordinate safe, compliant, and reliable travel arrangements but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond our operational control.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlobeSync Travel Management, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of:

• Misuse of our website or services

• Violations of these Terms

• Actions or inactions of third-party vendors

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for non-performance caused by events beyond their control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

14. Changes to Terms

GlobeSync Travel Management reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date indicated.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
